COVID-19 UPDATE ON OFFICE PROTOCOLS – as of May 1, 2020
Audiology Associates is very happy to announce that we now scheduling patients for their hearing healthcare needs. You can be rest-assured that we are continually updating our procedures and protocols to ensure a healthy and safe place for you to visit. The safety and well-being of our patients is our number one priority here at Audiology Associates.
We are following CDC guidelines regarding all aspects of scheduling, patient flow and sanitation. Things will look and flow a little differently from what you are used to, but please know that we are here to serve you with the utmost attention and quality of care. In addition to in-person office visits, we also continue to offer curbside pick-up and service of dead or broken hearing aids and for routine clean and checks. Telehealth visits also continue to be an option for care as well.

We are checking and responding to these communication avenues daily and will get back to you shortly. We are also still mailing out any needed supplies (batteries, wax guards, domes, etc.) for your convenience.
