After thoughtful consideration, we have decided to limit our hours of operation in a concerted effort to maintain a healthy staff and to bring confidence to our customer base that will be able to serve you and your hearing needs through this global pandemic.
Therefore, we are now implementing that all patients will be seen by appointment only and for essential services. We are also implementing appropriate appointment spacing to allow for social distancing and surface cleaning. We understand that we deal with part of the most vulnerable population on a day to day basis and we will do everything we can to keep them safe.
Please call the office at 503 227-5109 or e mail us at [email protected] with a detailed description of your needs and your contact information so that we may reach out to you to make appropriate arrangements.
We do not make this decision lightly and appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.
Sincerely, Alison Metcalf, Au.D.

We listen so you can hear.

Diagnostic Hearing Evaluations

During your examination you will be tested using a series of low & high frequency words to determine your ability to understand verbiage within a conversation. We will also give you several words to repeat. The results will help us determine your percentage of hearing loss, your ability to understand speech and how hearing aids will improve your ability to hear.
