We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At Audiology Associates, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.
Alison Metcalf has over 25 years experience in the field of Audiology. She is a native of the Pacific Northwest and received her Master’s degree in Audiology at Portland State University. She obtained her Doctoral degree in Audiology from The Arizona School of Health Sciences.
Because of her long-standing interests in medical and academic work environments, Alison held positions as an Instructor of Audiology, Department of Surgery, at Dartmouth Medical School in Lebanon, New Hampshire and worked for the Veterans’ Administration Hospital in White River Junction, Vermont. In addition, Alison has worked at several Ear, Nose and Throat clinics before her current position as Clinical Director and Owner of Audiology Associates.
Alison shares her knowledge and time by volunteering on medical mission trips. She works with Faith in Practice, a national non-profit organization. She has been to Guatemala numerous times to provide hearing care and hearing aids to deserving children.
Alison’s clinical philosophy is one of individualized care and attention with a personal touch for all patients treated at Audiology Associates.
